2. Are there any plot tropes you are sick of/refuse to RP?
If so, what are they and why?
erm. yeah. but I’m usually pretty open to different plot things.
I really like the cliche ones but… uh…. I do have some I don’t
like? I refuse to roleplay ‘rags to riches’ with that weird romantic
spin. like, Katara doesn’t need a man (or any other significant
other) to pull her up the ladder. I also, talking character tropes,
don’t like anything where my character is submissive to another
character or idly takes crap. it’s annoying. I can’t really think of
anymore. I’m kind of sick of the “enemies to lovers/friends” thing,
but it’s something you always encounter. I like the out of the box,
weird stuff.
6. Is there a character that the rest of your fandom adores
that you just don’t like/are indifferent to? Who is the character
and why?
katara. aang. mai. SUKI. gosh I actually harbor so much
hate for so many characters it’s horrible? a lot of my un-
followers know my hatred for aangy boy. honestly I dislike
them because some of their elements are unrealistic, and
some of their flaws are overlooked. specifically I hate Katara
because of her complacency, and then when she shows
emotion it’s just downright annoying? and she just gets shut
down so easily and it makes me sad. I mean. gosh I love her
to death but she gets on my nerves sometimes. we’re just
very different people. I’ve made enough hate posts about
Aang so I’ll just bite my tongue. then Mai– I’m indifferent
about her. she’s like me but also not all at once. and I think
Maiko was unhealthy? anyways. then I just hate Suki because
I just hate Suki. I adore fanon Suki though! everyone who
RPs her does her so well I just have to love her! same with
Aang.
7. List three honest flaws your favorite character has and talk
about how those flaws make them problematic.
honestly what the heck are you talking about!!!!! katara doesn’t
have any flaws!!!!!! stop it !!!!!! r00d h8r
1) mary sue-like flawlessness. she’s endearing, cute, motherly,
everyone likes her. she’s feminine, she’s beautiful, what could
be wrong with her? but then she’s got emotions too! what a
well rounded character! not really? I mean you can see her hunger
for waterbending something “different” but after she masters her
element– there’s not a lot left? she grows, yeah, but it revolved
around dudes!! I’m mostly a writer hater though. she has potential.

2) her grudges??? gosh I mean she has a right to be angry but
like. it’s like a gift if you get to be forgiven by her. you’re the
almighty who gets to pass judgement on everyone! nice! like
it’s problematic because she’ll forgive them when it’s convenient
for her, and then be salty when it’s harmful to others?? yeah
3) big mouth. she doesn’t know when to shut up? or when to
stop saying bad things about people or say bad things to her
loved ones. like saying mean things to sokka that one time got
me so bad. i wanted to CRY. i also feel like she’s that girl who
talks about people behind their backs but when she’s confronted
she can’t even talk so
