{ ●•۰•☯•۰•● }“Oh, that’s a relief,” Azula sighed, saccharine. “Just have
your bark live up to your bite, and we’ll make a fine pair.”
She didn’t bother to know much about Katara, but she
had picked up bits and pieces by virtue of being in many
of the girl’s classes. She was a swimmer, fairly popular,
and easily rankled, judging by their current interaction.
No matter; Azula was far less concerned about making
friends than about showing others up. Katara would be
fun, she suspected, if only to poke and prod until she
elicited a reaction.
Immediately offended by the girl’s reaction, she leans back in her
chair and crosses her arms over her chest. Eyes narrow slightly, mouth
slanted in annoyance. Sometimes Sokka likes to call her a viper,
and if he were here to see her expression those would be the exact
words he would use.
“ Oh don’t worry,“ she says, "it does. “

She sits up straight in her seat, adjusts the chair, and
leans over her notebook, reaching for a pencil to begin to
write, ”So I guess I’ll give you my number and we can
work on it after school today? Or this weekend?“ she
lifts her head to look at her partner, quirking a brow
(scowl still on her face). She’d ask the ”princess" if
she already had plans getting her nails done with her
cronies. (though she had to admit, the two girls Azula
hung out with were stunningly beautiful – all three of
them were) She glances down at her own nails, thinking
of the plans she had with Aang and Toph this weekend
after the swim meet that she’ll have to skip because of
this homework. She begins to tap her pencil on the desk,
jerking her head up when she realizes the other girl has
said something to her.
“ Huh ?"
